► Do these earbuds have sleep mode?

(Only for AirPod like earphones) Yes.

► How to turn on / off the wireless earbuds?

(Applicable to all true wireless series) When you remove the earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically turn on. When you put them back in the charging case, they will automatically turn off.

In addition, you can long-press the power button to turn on/off.

► Why I can't connect the two earphones?

(Only for AirPod like earphones) You need to pair two earphones first, and then connect them with the smartphone.

(For other true wireless series) Please make sure your earbuds are turned on and they will be paired automatically. Then, make sure to turn on the device’s Bluetooth and make it visible to connect.

► What is TWS?

TWS is the abbreviation of True Wireless Stereo. This means that the phone is connected to the main headset via a Bluetooth wireless connection. Then, the main earphone will be connected with another earphone with Bluetooth function to realize two independent left and right channels.

► How to pair up the earbuds with my device?

(Applicable to all true wireless series)

1. Remove the earplugs from the charging case.

2. Make sure they are turned on and paired.

3. Please turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone, and then select the corresponding earbud name.

4. The LED light will flash slowly. This means that the earbuds and the smartphone have been successfully paired.
